Through its novel formulation Eyebrow Powder shows a perfect adhesion of the product in the brows. Apply Eyebrow Powder with a natural hair brush evenly onto the brows. This product can be applied dry or wet if desired. In combination with Cake Eyeliner Sealer Eyebrow Powder becomes smudge-proof. Remove with Eye Make-up Remover.
