First time guests should arrive 15 min prior to their treatment to complete consultation intake forms. If a service is in session, a "Quiet Please" door tag will hang on outside door handle. Please text 414-526-1113 to let the technician know you've arrived.
As a courtesy to all our guests, late arrivals will result in shorter service, if booked. Every effort will be made to properly accommodate.
For Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane or Chemical Peel services, please stop use of Retinoids or Alpha Hydroxy Acids at least 3 days prior to treatment.
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of any service. 48-hour notice is required for the cancellation of any spa package. Cancellations are allowed via phone or email only.
A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
If the service is part of a current Series of 3, one service will be charged from that series.
Kindly silence all cell phones prior to service.
Gift certificates are redeemable for all services. Gift certificates are at face value. They cannot be used towards gratuities.
They may be purchased by phone, online or within the spa. They must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

Sales on services, packages/series and products are final. However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged for a different product of equal or greater value within 10 days of original purchase.
